Ashland Sustainability Day!
Saturday, July 8 @ 9am - 1pm

Ashland Library is teaming up with Ashland’s Sustainability Manager, the Ashland Farmers Market, and the Sustainability Committee to showcase ways to do your part for climate change: electric cars, solar and heat pump vendors, MassSave, free bike helmets, and more. At the Ashland's Farmers Market and outside of the Ashland Library.

Virtual: The Salem Witch Trials and Public Memory with the Salem Witch Museum
Wednesday, July 12 @ 1pm

Though the Salem witch trials were far from the only witchcraft trials to take place in colonial North America, and were relatively mild when compared with the devastating European trials of the early modern period, Salem is by far the most well-known in America today. In this program, participants will learn about the history of witch trials, placing Salem in context of the larger period of early modern witch-hunts.

Virtual: Landing On The Moon with NASA Solar System Ambassador David Ball
Thursday, July 13 @ 12pm
From the first crash landing in 1959; the first manned landing a decade later; and the upcoming plans by SpaceX, Blue Origin, and others to execute routine soft landings on the surface of the Moon, we will explore the surprisingly difficult feat of "landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to the Earth."
