Arts and Entertainment
September 9, 2023
From: Barnesville Pumpkin FestivalThe "King" Pumpkin in 2022 set the Pennsylvania state record when a grower from Harrison City, PA entered his 2,405-pound pumpkin which also holds the title of being the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival's largest ever pumpkin. A group of businessmen from St. Clairsville purchased the "King" for a whopping $13,000! You'll find lots of great food, contests, music, a giant parade and a car show that often has over 500 entries at the Festival. A special thank you goes to all those that attended the 2022 Festival and to the Buyers of the 2022 King Pumpkin!
We look forward to another great festival this year with a terrific lineup of entertainment and even more record-setting events. See you in September!
