Drum & Dance Group
Wednesday, December 11th 6:00-8:00pm
Calling all drummers and dancers!
The many health benefits such as the release of endorphins creating feelings of wellness, along with a sense of connectedness with not only yourself, but to others, are just a couple of reasons to attend a drum circle. The Drum & Dance group, co-facilitated by Evans Chigounis and Barbara Mele, is bringing the drumming inside at the BAC. No experience is necessary…please bring a drum or other type of percussion instrument to participate (we will have some home-made percussion items to share), and the desire to feed your soul with some good beats! Dancing is also highly encouraged… the beat goes on!
