Espelette Opens At Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Espelette, the newest restaurant in Beverly Hills, opened inside the iconic Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills on May 12 featuring Mediterranean flavors accented by European influences. Created by acclaimed chef Steve Benjamin, who also serves as the five-star hotel's Culinary Director, Espelette is named after the Espelette pepper. Espelette is locared on the lobby level at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills and is open daily for breakfast from 7 to 11 AM and for dinner Tuesday through Saturday evening from 5:30 to 10 PM.
