CELEBRATING 12 YEARS OF FREE BIKE LIGHTS

For the 12th year running, Bike New York took to the chilly November streets and distributed free bike lights to commuters after Daylight Savings time.

Thanks to a generous donation from our partners at Kryptonite, BNY staff gave away 500 free front and tail lights to help keep cyclists shining bright as the days grow shorter. Not only is it safer to ride with lights at night, it’s the law in New York State.
