HB1138 - To authorize certain medical professionals to certify to the office of motor vehicle eligibility for a special license plate, certificate, or parking decal for a person with a disability.
HB1278 - To require surveyors to take certain actions before entering onto a commercial poultry farm.
SB146 - To amend the definition of “recreational purpose” as used in relation to the liability of a property owner who makes land available to the public for recreational purposes.
HB1205 - To amend the independent inspections of a modular building for code compliance; and to declare an emergency.
HB1220 - To amend the membership of the Arkansas Natural and Cultural resources council.
SB77 - To require the Arkansas Medicaid program to reimburse for physical therapy provided in a clinic-based setting.
HB1310 - To amend the Newborn Umbilical Cord Blood Initiative Act; to abolish the Arkansas Commission for the Newborn Umbilical Cord Blood Initiative; and to declare an emergency.
HB1214 - To amend the definition of primary instructor within the long-term care aide training act.
HB1067 - Concerning firearm hold agreements; and to provide civil immunity to a federal firearms licensee who agrees to hold a firearm for an individual.
HB1145 - An act to amend the law concerning purchases that do not require solicitation of bids for a county or municipality; to increase the purchase amount authorized for additional after-market equipment for a new motor vehicle purchased by a county or municipality; and for other purposes.
HB1324 - To amend the time of permissible sales of fireworks in this state.
HB1263 - To create the offense of unlawful removal or failure to charge an electronic monitoring device.
HB1282 - Concerning the unauthorized practice of law.
HB1311 - To direct the legislative auditor to develop a comprehensive financial management system for appropriated funds of cities of the second class and incorporated towns.
HB1317 - To amend laws concerning fraud against the government to include fraud against a state supported retirement system.
HB1318 - To amend the excursion train permit to include excursion boats.
SB14 - To allow for direct payment or delivery of property to an apparent owner under the unclaimed property act in certain circumstances.
SB102 - To amend the law concerning canvassers for local option elections; and to amend the law concerning compensation of paid canvassers for local option elections.
SB3 - To prohibit discrimination or preferential treatment by the State of Arkansas and other public entities.
SB78 - To require that the driver’s instruction manual and the driver’s license examination include information about the safe operation of a motor vehicle in a highway work zone.
HB1199 - An act to repeal the statute concerning the prohibition against a school district board of directors granting a legal transfer under certain conditions; and for other purposes.
HB1215 - An act to authorize a coach or athletics personnel member of the opposite sex to address, supervise, or treat student athletes in a multiple occupancy restroom or changing area under certain conditions; and for other purposes.
SB89 - An act to amend the information that a school district shall provide electronically with respect to its school district board of directors; and for other purposes.
HB1074 - To amend the property tax relief trust fund; and to require a higher vote threshold for using moneys in the property tax relief trust fund for purposes other than property tax relief.
