LITTLE ROCK, Ark.— On Monday, January 16, 2023, the Governor signed into law:

HCR 1003, for a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2023, to declare election results, to administer the oath of office, and to hear an address by the Governor.

HCR 1004, providing that the House of Representatives and the Senate of the 94th General Assembly may recess on Thursday, January 12, 2023, and reconvene on Tuesday, January 17, 2023.

HB 1051, which makes appropriation for expenses of the Judicial branch, the Auditor of the State, Arkansas Senate and Arkansas House of Representatives for Fiscal Year 2024.
