The Cosplay Soirée
The Cosplay Soirée is an electrifying evening for adults aged 21 and above, where enthusiasts of all backgrounds come together to party, dance, and celebrate the artistry and creativity of cosplay within the world of Black and Brown Comix Arts.
Attendees are encouraged to don their most impressive costumes, paying homage to their favorite characters from comics, graphic novels, and popular visual culture, with a special emphasis on characters created by Black and Brown artists. The soirée offers a vibrant space for dance, networking, mingling, and sharing cosplay tips and tricks.
Throughout the evening, guests can enjoy live dance, showcases, and interactive activities that celebrate the diverse and exciting world of cosplay, comics and pop culture. It's a night dance in cosplay excitement, all while celebrating the contributions of Black and Brown creators to this dynamic art form.

BCAF XXV Expo & Family Day

People of all ages and walks of live will enjoy this engaging day, hosted by the Black & Brown Comix Arts Festival (BCAF) in partnership with the Yerba Buena Gardens Conservancy, offers a variety of activities and experiences for the whole family.
The BCAF XXV Family Day also features activities throughout Yerba Buena Gardens, including the famed Leroy King Carousel and the BCAF Expo at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Budding artists can learn to create their own comics, guided by talented creators. There are captivating storytelling sessions that bring to life diverse characters and narratives, promoting inclusivity and cultural awareness.
Young attendees can also meet and interact with renowned comic artists and illustrators, gaining insights into the creative process and the importance of representation in comics.
