Black Cultural Festival

Hope Station’s Black Cultural Festival celebrates African American heritage, culture, traditions and values and brings the Carlisle community together in fellowship and pride.

With its new location at the Stuart Community Center on Franklin Street, we expect more foot traffic to enjoy new vendors, entertainment and a variety of food choices. Admission is free for the entire family.
