Come out to the Midway at the Washington Parish Fairgrounds in Franklinton for the Bass Concrete Bogalusa Balloon Festival. In addition to awe-inspiring hot air balloon shows throughout the weekend, festival-goers will enjoy live music on Friday night and on both Saturday and Sunday, craft and food vendors and a carnival featuring rides, games and food booths and vendor booths.
