The month of love and possibly flowers is here! Toss in a rare green comet and some unseasonably cool weather and life is good. 

However for some of you the sending of the Spanish eblast is confusing, I’m not sure why because the solution is not to open it. So I’m going to try something different, in order for us to build a database the eblast needs to go to everyone and shared with our Hispanic friends and family. I’ll now include a link to the Spanish version in the regular eblast, if you’re not interested, don’t click on it.  No second eblast will go out and the Spanish version will only be sent to a select database.

On to other things. Did you see the Borrego Springs ad in the current issue of Westways? The Chamber is working hard to let travelers know about our beautiful area with this ad as well as a new spread in Food & Travel Magazine and (we’re excited to say) a half page ad in the Official San Diego Padres Program, Go Padres!

Chamber Mixers will resume this month, info and your need to RSVP will be in next week’s eblast, mark your calendar for February 23 for our Mardi Gras Mixer. Chamber Members will receive an email about Mixers tomorrow.
