Live Conversation and Performance: Dead Prez

On Fri, March 28, join legendary Hip-Hop duo dead prez for an evening of powerful conversation and live music!

At 8pm, we’ll kick off with Music, Message, Movement: dead prez’s Liner Notes on Liberation, a call-to-action conversation on the revolutionary power of rebel music through the lens of dead prez.

Big News: We’ve Received a CDF Grant!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded a grant from the NYC Dept of Cultural Affairs’ FY2025 Cultural Development Fund! This incredible $59M citywide investment is the largest in CDF history and will fuel the arts and culture that make NYC thrive. As one of 1,078 organizations receiving support, we’re excited to expand our programming and reach even more Brooklynites.

With this funding, we’ll continue offering free and affordable arts education, media and performing arts programs, and more. A huge thank you to the NYC Mayor’s Office, City Council, and all the champions of culture who make this possible!
