BISMARCK, N.D. – Governor Doug Burgum will present his 2023-2025 executive budget proposal to a joint session of the 68^th Legislative Assembly at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, in the House chamber of the North Dakota Capitol, 600 E. Boulevard Ave., Bismarck.
