The 2023 Seize the Moment Run will be held Saturday, March 25th in beautiful Crocker Park, featuring a scenic course along the Sacramento River, with views of Downtown and Old Sacramento. All participants receive a colorful race tee and finisher medal. Bring the family (this event is stroller-friendly, but please leave pets at home) and enjoy a run or walk while supporting the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California.
