Directors should purchase music and rehearse sufficiently to ensure that your choir knows the music prior to the festival. Well rehearsed music allows us to fully utilize the musicianship skills of the clinician.

6:30 - 8:00 PM: Gathering, Opening Bell & 1st Rehearsal—

8:00 - 8:20 PM: Hospitality Break

8:20 - 9:00 PM: 2nd Rehearsal

Saturday, March 1, 2025

8:00 - 8:30 AM: Hospitality Room & Fellowship—

8:30 - 10:00 AM: 3rd Rehearsal

10:00 - 10:30 AM: Hospitality Break

10:30 AM - Noon: 4th Rehearsal

Noon - 1:30 PM: Lunch Break– On your own

1:30 - 2:30 PM: 5th Rehearsal

2:30 - 3:00 PM: Break

3:00 P.M: Festival Concert - Free
