August 16th
10:00 am Chalkfest opens at Heritage Park. Watch professional artists, public chalking
10:30 am Story hour, coaster painting craft, under the bandstand (Hazen Library sponsor)
11:00 am Lunch under the big top tent – pulled pork sandwich, coleslaw, chips, beverage ($10)  
2:30 pm Lydia’s Hula Hoop Party  
4:00 pm MoonCats perform
4:00 pm Bar opens, beer, canned drinks, pop, water
5:00 pm Sizzlin’ hot burgers, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, condiments, two sides
5:30 pm Prairie Wranglers band – country covers featuring Hazen’s Richard Loewen
6:30 pm Outdoor musical instruments concert– Jesslyn Hall and Hazen elementary students
7:00 pm Eclectic Wreck - musical duo from Lemmon, S.D.
Mini donuts all day, Tropical Sno Shaved Ice 11 a.m. to 4 p.m

August 17th
10:00 am Chalkfest opens – amazing 3D chalk and public chalking
10:30 am Story hour, pottery making, bandstand  (Hazen Library, Knife River Indian Villages)
11:00 am Lunch – Philly beef cheesesteaks or Alabama white BBQ chicken ($10 or $12)
2:30 pm Bubbles the Balloon Animal Twister
4:00 pm Ryan Keplin and Son – Country fiddler and guitar from the Turtle Mountains
4:00 pm Bar opens, beer, canned drinks, pop, water
5:00 pm Grillin’ hot brats and onions, hot dogs, condiments, two sides. Lions serving dessert.
5:30 pm Radio All Stars – country and soft rock
6:30 pm Musical instruments concert – Jesslyn Hall and Hazen elementary students
7:00 pm Waddington Brothers – National Bluegrass Champions 2023!
Sweet Treats stand open 10 am-4 pm with lemonade, homemade treats
