Christmas on the Orient Express 2024

Arts and Entertainment

December 4, 2024

Fresh off their performance in October, the entire cast of Murder on the Orient Express returns to the stage to bring you a song-filled Christmas celebration.

This time, it’s Christmas on the Orient Express, filled with the same zany crew of international characters in a play written by Jason Marr and directed by Jo Nell Brantley. You’ll hear your favorite Christmas songs–plus a few original ones–as the cast takes you along for a 1930s train ride from Budapest to Paris for Christmas Eve.

Of course, detective Hercules Poirot (of Agatha Christie fame) returns as well, tasked with his most challenging case of all: Does Santa Claus really exist? Yes, it’s a “polar-izing” question for young and old alike.

It’s a celebration the whole family will enjoy. You’re sure to be humming these tunes all the way to Christmas.

It all happens at the Old Courthouse Theater on the third floor of the Cobre Valley Center for the Arts.
