Supplemental Draft EIR for Permanente Creek Restoration Plan Available

Public Comment Period Open Now

The County of Santa Clara Planning Office has posted the Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Report (SDEIR) for the Permanente Creek Restoration Plan on the County's website and can be found here. The public comment period for the SDEIR begins today, March 3, and closes on April 17.

This project and the Environmental Impact Report are related to the restoration of Permanente Creek and do not impact or affect Lehigh's cement plant or quarry operations.
