Congrats to Captain Griffin on His Retirement
A huge congratulations to retiring Lodi Police Captain David Griffin. David set a high bar throughout his career for attention to protocol, and dedication to duty. And if you were around him long enough, a sharp sense of humor. Lodi PD will carry the legacy of his service through the officers he trained and the policies he established for many years. Congratulations David on a retirement well earned!
