New Year's Resolutions
With the New Year right around the corner, many resolutions will be made having to do with health and fitness.
According to a study by Discover Happy Habits after 1 week, 25% of resolutions have already been forgotten. Following that, in week two another 71% drop. By the end of the first month, another 64% will drop.
The top reasons for not keeping your New Years' Resolution are setting unrealistic goals, not keeping track of progress, or simply forgetting it.
City staff wants to help serve the Oldsmar community by being able to keep resolutions made by offering programs to help you meet your 2023 goals.
Yoga will help increase your balance and soothe your mind. Beginners are always welcome.
Zumba will have you dancing to exciting music that will give you a cardio workout without even knowing it
Cardio Drumming will have you dancing and making music while getting a workout in through rhythm and having tons of fun.
PiYo allows you to combine yoga and pilates while improving strength, flexibility, and balance.
