Fowler began his tenure with the City in August 1991.

The proclamation “recognizes publicly his devotion to duty and commends him for the manner in which he carried out his responsibilities” and “expresses our great appreciation for his works and achievements and acknowledges his accomplishments these many years”.

Also, a retirement reception is scheduled for Fowler on Monday, January 30^th from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Fire Station 3, 3405 SW Third Street. The public is welcome to attend.
