The City of Rancho Mirage is pleased to welcome the Coachella Valley Symphony back to the Rancho Mirage Amphitheater for a special performance featuring John Lodge of the Moody Blues. This concert is the second of three performances in Coachella Valley Symphony’s 2023 concert series sponsored in part by the City of Rancho Mirage.

John Lodge is bass guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter for the iconic Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2018 inductees, The Moody Blues.

The City of Rancho Mirage proudly sponsors performances at the McCallum Theatre. Through this sponsorship, residents can enjoy high-quality entertainment and cultural events at discounted prices.

 On Wednesday, February 15 at 7:00 p.m., the award-winning Gordon Goodwin's Big Phat Band will perform a combination of big band swing of the 1930s and 1940s with contemporary music such as funk and jazz fusion.

The City of Rancho Mirage currently has vacancies on the below-listed City boards/commissions:

- Architectural Review Board (2 vacancies; one must be a licensed landscape architect)

- Library and Observatory Foundation Board

- Mobile Home Fair Practices Commission

- Speaker Series Commission

- Traffic Safety Commission  

In addition, the City is seeking a volunteer to serve as the City’s representative on the Palm Springs International Airport Commission.
