(Richmond, Texas)- Richmond City Commission approved selection of Whitley Penn as audit firm for the city’s annual audit. Richmond City Charter requires a change in auditors after five consecutive annual audits by the same firm. Patillo Brown & Hill will have conducted the city’s fifth consecutive audit this year. Whitley Penn has previously conducted the City of Richmond audits with quality results.
