CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT #1
A "yes" vote will amend the constitution of the State of Missouri to grant the General Assembly statutory authority to invest State funds and expand the State Treasure's options for investment.
A "no" vote will not amend the constitution.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT #3

A "yes" vote will amend the constitution of the State of Missouri to remove State prohibitions on the purchase, possession, consumption, use, delivery, manufacture and sale of marijuana for personal use of individuals over the age of 21. If passed, this measure will place a 6 percent sales tax on recreational marijuana. 
A "no" vote will not amend the constitution.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT #4
A "yes" vote will amend the constitution of the State of Missouri to allow the general assembly by law to increase minimum funding for a police force established by the state Board of Police Commissioners to ensure such police force has additional resources to serve its community.
A "no" vote will not amend the constitution.

CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT #5
A "yes" vote will amend the constitution of the State of Missouri to create the Department of Missouri National Guard as a new state agency headed by an adjutant general appointed by the Governor.
A "no" vote will not amend the constitution.

CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION
A "yes" vote will require the Governor to call an election of delegates to serve at a convention for the purpose of revising or amending the Missouri Constitution.
A "no" vote will mean no constitutional
convention will occur.
