Sign Up for CoW Emergency Alerts

It's simple.  Send the following text WindcrestAlerts to 91986.  You phone number will be saved in the EMT database for emergency alert notifications.  All those that previously registered for CODE RED notifications have automatically been updated in the EMT TextMyGov portal.
