ARIZONA - It’s Friday, so here’s a round up (corral) of what our Arizona Republicans are up to: 

• Rep. David Schweikert’s (AZ-01): ties to Project 2025 were exposed this week. When Obama and the Department of Health and Human services put regulations in place to protect LGBTQ+ youth in foster care, Schweikert participated in a virtual Heritage Foundation session on proposed changes to the foster care system that are now foundational to Project 2025’s adoption policy. 

• Rep. Juan Ciscomani’s (AZ-06): constituents are yet again calling out his hypocrisy on the border, pointing out that “when [Ciscomani] had the opportunity to do something about immigration [he] showed the backbone of a jellyfish.” 

• Rep. Eli Crane (AZ-02): visited and recorded himself visiting the rooftop where the Trump shooter opened fire, spreading conspiracy theories about the level of security at the event. 

• Rep. Andy Biggs (AZ-05): praised Peter Navarro during an appearance on Steve Bannon’s podcast, calling Narvarro “an American hero and patriot.” Fresh out the slammer, Navarro served four months in prison after being found guilty of criminal contempt of Congress for failing to cooperate with the investigation into the Jan. 6th insurrection. 

• Rep. Paul Gosar (AZ-09): praised J.D. Vance in his tax-payer-funded newsletter, probably because, like his preferred AZ-08 candidate, Blake Masters, J.D. Vance is also funded by billionaire Peter Theil. 

• BONUS! Since Gosar brought up Masters, yesterday Masters tweeted, “political leaders should have children,” in defense of resurfaced video footage of Vance calling Vice President Harris “childless.”
