Navy Band Northwest will be hosting a FREE mini concert Friday morning at Mt Eccles Elementary School.
2:00 pm - 3:00 pm: 4H Music Camp busking
Location: Around Town
Small groups of students + staff from Cordova 4H Music Camp will be playing music around town in various locations from 2-3pm on Friday
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm: Artisan Market - Day 1

The Copper River Salmon Jam features many local and visiting artisans exhibiting their talents and plying their wares.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: Salmon Jam Music - Friday night

7:00 am - 1:30 pm: Alaska Salmon Runs
The Alaska Salmon Runs is a day of sharing the road with family and friends, there’s a distance for everyone! Marathon, half-marathon, 10K, 5K, 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk. Register at Bidarki Recreation Center (City of Cordova Parks & Recreation Department) or online at salmonjam.org. Navigate to the "Running" page for race shuttle and race start times.
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Salmon Run BBQ
Location: Pioneer Igloo 621 First Street, Cordova, AK, United States
Celebrate salmon and the accomplishments of all runners with a BBQ lunch of grilled salmon, potluck side dishes, and dessert at the Pioneer Igloo building at 621 First Street in Cordova immediately following the races. Cost is $15/person, $8/child, $40/family, or bring a dish to share and get in free. Runners awards and door prizes. All are welcome!
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Taste of Cordova
Location: Mt Eyak Ski Area Number One Ski Hill Road, Cordova, AK, United States
This year’s Taste of Cordova event will be part of Salmon Jam’s Saturday festivities. This seafood-themed potluck will provide an opportunity for attendees to sample bite-sized portions of fresh-harvested dishes. Bring your own dish or just come to sample others. The Taste of Cordova and Small Fry Activities entrance fee will be included in Saturday Salmon Jam festival admission.

Small Fry is all about getting our youngest community members involved in celebrating what sustains us – Salmon and Art. Coordinated by the Prince William Sound Science Center, Small Fry is full of fun and educational activities for all ages hosted by a variety of local organizations including Copper River Watershed Project, Cordova Public Library US Forest Service, and more

Don't miss this jam-packed day of Salmon Jam fun at Mt. Eyak Ski Area. Starting at 3:00pm, enjoy Small Fry fun and educational activities for all ages. Saturday's event will also include the Taste of Cordova, your opportunity to sample bite-sized portions of dishes created by local chefs, organized by Noble Ocean Farms. njoy the Artisan Market and live Salmon Jam music into the evening featuring local musicians including Insider and headliner Wasabi Black. You can buy your festival tickets online to avoid congestion at the gate, at the gate on the ski hill the night of performances or at Festival HQ on Main Street outside the Copper River Watershed Project on July 15-18, between 11:00am-1:00pm.
