3:00 PM: Cattle Fitting Contest
4:30 PM: Cattle Show, Judging of Heifers, Prospect Steers, Market Steers, Sale Order, and Beef Showmanship Classes.

9:00 PM: Ag Mechanics Contest, Multiplex Building
4:00 - 6:00 PM: Set up for all Livestock Exhibitors
5:30 PM: Fair Board, Ag Educators, & 4-H Leaders Meeting
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Dinner

Thursday, February 20, 2025

9:30 AM: Goats in place and ready to be officially weighed. Scales open 8:30 am until 10:00 am for goats only
10:30 AM: All Sheep in place and ready to be officially weighed and classified by Sheep Committee. Breeding Ewes checked in.
11:30 AM: Doe Fitting Contest
1:00 PM: Goat Show - Does, Sale Order, Wether Dams, Sale Order, Market Wethers, Sale Order and Showmanship classes
4:00 PM: Sheep show will start at 4:00 pm or thirty (30) minutes after the goat show ends. Judging of Breeding Ewes, followed by Market Lambs, Sale Order, and Showmanship classes

Friday, February 21, 2025

11:00 AM: All swine must be in place and ready to weigh; starting with Breeding Gilts, weight cards and/or registration papers checked. Followed by Market Hogs.
3:00 PM: Showmanship sign up close
6:00 PM: Showmanship Barns close at 10:00 pm or 1 hour after Swine Showmanship is over, whichever is later.

Saturday, February 22, 2025

9:00 AM: Judging of Gilts, followed by Market Hogs
Note: Swine will be dismissed by announcer at the end of the show and all hogs must be loaded out through the north and south overhead doors, or through swine wash rack area. Pens must be taken down and stacked in pods before exhibitors are released.

Sunday, February 23, 2025

3:00 PM: Premium Sale Meeting
Premium Sale set up is the responsibility of Creek Ag and 4-H clubs, rotating duties of setting up pens.
