5pm-8pm: Deck Party
1001 Front Street. Cultural Center lawn. Elk Valley Casino Live Music Stage featuring
GOTCHA COVERED. Raffle, Bar and Refreshment

July 4, 2023

7am: Ream Hoi Air balloon Ride in Beachfront Park - Free

8am: Streets close for Parade: H Street.3rd Street. K Street & Front Street all closed.

8:30am: Parade line up stalls at 9th and 11 Street.

10am:
-Registration for the 5K Fun Run begins, located at the first turnout on northern end of Pebble Beach Drive.
-Vendors setup completed &c vehicles out of the park. No vehicles to move until festival closed.
-Beachfront Park opens for foot traffic.
-Markeplace, Food Vendors, Kids Attractions open.
-Parade starts at 10am with the signal shot of the cannon at 577 H Street

12pm: Elk Valley Casino Live Music Stage ZZ TUSH

1pm: Cow Chip Bingo begins at Beachfront Park.

-Fireman Water Ball Challenge Front Street and Stamps Way followed by Fire Department display & demonstrations.

1.50pm: Awards & Announcements at Stage.
2pm: Elk Valley Casino Live Music Stage BADJOVI
4pm: Elk Valley Casino Live Music Stage THE MIGHTY STEELHEADS

5.45pm:
-Festival Closes
-Lucky 7 Casino Firework Show Radio Soundtrack on KCRE 94.3 & KPOD 1240 AM/106.7 FM

10.30pm: Roads open to traffic
