Cross Regions Group announces groundbreaking at The Fountains at St. Johns

Cross Regions Group, a multifaceted company specializing in commercial real estate services, proudly announces the groundbreaking for the building that will become Home2 Suites by Hilton’s newest location at The Fountains at St. Johns in St. Johns County.

The 137-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel will be the first hospitality development within The Fountains at St. Johns and the first Northeast Florida hotel to be located at the intersection of I-95 and CR 210.

Founded in 1978, Aksoy Holdings is a Turkey-based company operating a portfolio of high-class assets in retail, power, hospitality, real estate and trade industries.

Home2 Suites by Hilton will be located in Fountains East, which will feature a Town Square with 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. Four buildings within Fountains East are already 80% committed. Fountains East will be the future home for Island Wings, Toasted Yolk, Wicked Cookies, Upgrade Labs, St. John Aesthetics, and DaVinci’s. Completion of the Town Square is anticipated in 14 months, and completion of the hotel is expected in 18 months.

 The Fountains at St. Johns is Cross Regions Group’s mixed-use medical and retail development located on nearly 100 acres at the northeast intersection of County Road 210 West and Interstate 95 in St. Johns County. The Fountains at St. Johns offers approximately 200,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and medical/office space on 23 acres. The development includes Ascension St. Vincent’s Health Center - St. Johns, an educational facility for Jacksonville University’s healthcare sciences programs, 174 upscale apartments with 25,000 square feet of retail on first floor, 276 apartments from Madison Capital, and a 13,000-square-foot facility for Chappell Schools. Future plans include an assisted living facility and wellness center.
