From: Cultural Alliance Of Fairfield CountyThe arts are a powerful force for connection, expression, and social progress. They reflect our collective history and inspire our shared future. However, recent executive orders from the Trump administration threaten the very foundation of our creative community=impacting funding, access, and the ability of cultural institutions to thrive.
These orders, which limit federal arts funding, impose restrictions on diversity initiatives, and challenge the inclusion of marginalized voices in the cultural sector, are deeply concerning. The Cultural Alliance of Fairfield County stands firmly in our commitment to ensuring that the arts remain accessible to all, that artists are supported in their essential work, and that our cultural institutions continue to flourish as beacons of creativity and inclusion.
We will continue to support artists, cultural organizations, and creative professionals through advocacy, resources, and community engagement. Your voice matters in this effort-whether through speaking out, supporting local arts organizations, or participating in the creative economy.
Together, we will ensure that the arts remain a vibrant and integral part of our region’s identity. Thank you for standing with us in this critical moment.
