Windham County Natural Resources Conservation District We will be giving away free ice cream at the Boyd Family Farm between 7:30 pm and 8:30 pm  We are able to do this with help from the Vermont Community Foundation who puts building and nurturing communities front and center. The function of the Conservation District is to focus and coordinate available technical, financial, and educational resources to meet the needs of Windham County land users. Districts encourage volunteer cooperation of landowners and the public through information and education.
