Upcoming Events:
Pitch, Hit & Run: Saturday, May 6th from 2-5pm at Promontory Park. Register today.
Park Party: Enjoy food, music, and family-oriented activities and games. Wednesday, May 10th from 5-7:30pm at Lake Forest Park. Details here.
Nature Walk at Bass Lake Park: Saturday, May 13th from 9am-11am. Meet at Sellwood Field parking lot (3240 Bass Lake Rd.). All ages welcome. Please bring water and comfortable shoes.
Youth Fishing Derby: Saturday, May 20th at Village Green Park. Due to the generous donations from local State Farm agent Nick Bertetta, the El Dorado County Fish and Wildlife Commission, and the Serrano Homeowners Association, this year's Fishing Derby will be free to all participants. Pre-registration is still required. Register today.
End of Year Party for 5th Graders: Fun, games, and more! Friday, June 2nd from 6-8pm at the TEENZ Center. Free event, but registration required. Register today.

Coming to Your Doorstep!
By now, you have probably heard all about SB 1383 (California's new ordinance) requesting that residents place food waste in the green waste bin. If you haven't, read more here.
To make this transition easier for residents going into the summer season, we will be dropping off goodie bags on your doorsteps towards the end of May that will encourage compliance.

Do you need a facility rental? Book your 2023 events at a District park or facility! We rent out park picnic areas at Lake Forest Park, Oak Knoll Clubhouse, and more. Parks and facilities can be used for birthdays, retirement parties, social gatherings and more. You can also rent the TEENZ Center for your next birthday party! See details here.
Join the District's Design Review Committee (DRC):
Do you have experience in architecture, building design, civil engineering, construction, landscaping or other building industry trades? We want you! We have an open Committee position on the Design Review Committee. The Design Review Committee reviews applications for property improvements and new home development.
