Seeing Stars! Benefit is the Flint School of Performing Arts’ signature fundraising event.

For the past 28 years, this event has been vital in raising funds for the Flint School of Performing Arts tuition assistance program, ensuring that students can study music, dance, and theater regardless of their ability to pay. Last year alone, the Seeing Stars tuition assistance program awarded $230,000 to local FSPA performing arts student and their families. 60% of our enrolled families receive support.

A journey of self-discovery, inspiration and transformation is open to all ages and skill levels in the music, dance and theatre instructional division of FIM. Join us for lessons, classes and ensembles or take a seat in the audience and share the excitement of our students and faculty as they perform in a wide variety of recitals, concerts and productions this season! 

You must register before attending your first class.

Tuition assistance is available. 10% discount and annual registration fee waived for Genesee County Residents!

It’s a wrap – Christmas has come and gone, and the New Year is only days away!

As we prepare to leave 2024 behind, we want to take a moment to thank you for being such an important part of our story. Your support truly made it a year to remember—from awe-inspiring performances to impactful educational programs touching thousands in our community and beyond.

The arts have a unique way of bringing us together, sparking joy and helping us see the world in new ways. Thanks to friends like you, we can continue creating moments that inspire, connect and uplift us all.

We’re grateful for the many blessings of 2024 and excited about the many possibilities we’ve yet to discover in 2025. Here’s to another year of making magic happen together!
