8:00am - 10:00pm - Gate will be open and ID will be checked. No entry outside of this time frame

10:00am- 12:00pm - Early check in for players pack

12:00pm- 11:00pm - Live Music from Get Some, Brothers Griffin, and the rest of the lineup

1:00pm- 3:00pm - Afternoon check in for players packs

1:45pm- 2:45pm - Check in for Doubles

3:00pm- 6:00pm - Pick Your Partner Doubles
Divisions and payouts:
- Tick Memorial Pick Your Partner (100% Cash)
- Tick Memorial Mixed Doubles (100% Cash) 1 man 1 woman

- Fun Pick Your Partner (Prize Payout)
- Fun Mixed Doubles (Prize Payout) 1 man 1 woman

- All Tick Memorial Competitors will play Serenity Pines
- All Fun Divisions play Whispering Pines

6:30pm- 7:30pm - Awards and Raffle

August 24, 2024

8:30am- 10:00pm - Gates will be open for entry and ID will be checked. No entry outside of this time frame

9:00am- 12:00pm - Check in for players packs

9:00am- 2:30pm - Players must check in with their group to play first round of Singles. Players choose their time and group to play with (any division). Cards must be 3-6 Players (no more and no less). All cards must be turned in no later than 530pm

12:00pm- 11:00pm - Live Music from A-Mac and the Height, Sacred Tree, Nick Nac Project, Ram Savage, and the rest of the lineup to be announced

6:30pm- 7:30pm - Awards and Raffle

August 25, 2024

9:00am- 11:00am    Check In at 9-930am for top 2 cards in each division. Top cards start at 10am and must play on assigned cards.
All other players can choose their card (3-5 players). Shotgun start at 11am

2:30pm- 3:30pm - Final 6 holes for lead card of Men's and Women's Competitive Divisions. Optional for FUN and 50+ Divisions if their is a majority vote

3:30pm- 5:00pm - Awards and Raffle
