Stages Music Arts and Music United are proud to present Frost Fest 2023 - our Fifth Annual student band showcase and benefit concert at The Recher in Towson.

Twenty-two rockin’ bands of all ages and experience levels - including All-Access All Stars and Rising Stars - will perform on two stages throughout the day - leading up to a headlining performance by Stages Faculty Band, featuring Charles Simon, Evan Cooper, Ian Trusheim, Dave Cavalier, Molly Garrett, Neal Chakrabarti, Bob McDonough (B’Mac) and Paul Tokarz.
