Harvest Festival 2024 is planned for September 18-22 in Gothenburg and it's sure to be a great celebration of our beautiful community and the reality that there is truly no place like it.

Wizard Trivia Night & Lion's Courage Challenge - 7 pm at Sun Theatre 

THURSDAY, SEPT. 19

- Chalk the Walk - Downtown all day

- Disc Golf Tournament -5:30-7 pm at Lake Helen hosted by the YMCA 

- Rotary Pavilion Dedication -5:30-7:30 pm at the new pavilion at Lake Helen; free hot dog meal provided by Gothenburg Rotary Club

- Toto Trot (Dog-N-Jog) - 8 pm at Lake Helen sponsored by Eastside Animal Center 

FRIDAY, SEPT. 20

- Party in the Park - 5-7 pm at Ehmen Park includes games, food, music & fun o Kids pet parade & costume contest sponsored by Wet Paws at 5:30 pm o Rock climbing wall sponsored by Flatwater Bank

- Glinda's Bubble Party & Fireworks - Bubbles at 7 pm Lake Helen with music by DJ Ca$hman. Fireworks at dusk. Sponsored by: Curbtender, Gothenburg Health, Kwik Stop, Flatwater Bank, Ace Hardware, Vibes Dance Studio & Tropical Sno

SATURDAY, SEPT. 21

- Lions Club Pancakes in the Park - 7 am in Ehmen Park

- Mobile Breakfast - 8 am by the Swede Tennis Team

- Harvest Festival Parade 10 am in the Merry Old Land of Oz (Lake Avenue)

- Root Beer Floats - After the parade at First United Methodist Church

- Arts in the Park - 11 am to 3 pm in Ehmen Park

- Wicked Witch Water War - 2 pm at EG West Splash Pad

- Beer Garden, Live Music & Cornhole - 4 pm at the Sun Theatre

- Music by Kyle Sayler Band 6-9 pm sponsored by Gothenburg Realty, Dayspring Bank, Fresh Seasons Market, Country Partners Cooperative, Gator Road Repair & Blake's Fast Fuel

- Beer garden, freewill donation at the gate

- Register for cornhole at the Chamber

- Praise in the Park - 8 am in Ehmen Park

- Car Show - 11 am to 3 pm in Ehmen Park with music by DJ Ca$hman 

- Clint Demoret Memorial BBQ Contest - 12-2 pm in Ehmen Park, in cooperation with the Gothenburg Lions Club

- Impact Center Ribbon Cutting and Community 

- Open House-2 pm at the Impact Center
