From: Colorado Governor Jared PolisDENVER — Yesterday, Governor Polis signed the final three bills of the Joint Budget Committee’s bipartisan supplemental bill package which will allow the government to continue to serve Coloradans. The three laws provide essential support to local food banks and pantries across the state, allow Colorado to secure federal CHIPS Act funding, and continue to invest in wildfire mitigation efforts and projects.
Governor Polis signed the following bills into law:
SB23-119 Department of Human Services Supplemental, sponsored by Representative Shannon Bird, Senator Rachel Zenzinger
SB23-137 Transfer to Colorado Economic Development Fund - Representatives Shannon Bird, Rod Bockenfeld, Senators Jeff Bridges, Barbara Kirkmeyer
SB23-139 State Severance Tax Trust Fund Allocation- Representatives Emily Sirota, Rod Bockenfeld, Senators Rachel Zenzinger, Barbara Kirkmeyer
