HONOLULU – Governor Josh Green, M.D., will travel to Illinois on Saturday, August 17, to attend the Democratic National Convention with Hawai?i’s Congressional Delegation and other delegates to represent the state.

Governor Green is scheduled to return to Honolulu on Friday, August 23. Lieutenant Governor Sylvia Luke will serve as acting Governor on the evening of August 17. Attorney General Anne Lopez will serve as acting Governor from August 18 through the afternoon of August 23.
