Baton Rouge, LA - Governor Jeff Landry signed an executive order to honor the innocent Israelis who suffered the October 7, 2023, terrorist attack. He ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Louisiana to be flown at half-staff over the State Capitol and all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on October 7. 

“Israel is our greatest ally in the Middle East and Louisiana will always stand strong with them. Today, we stand in solidarity and remembrance of the atrocities Israel suffered on October 7, 2023. We remember the victims and we pray for the hostages.” said Governor Jeff Landry.
