Governor Meyer Invites Delawareans to Celebrate '302 Day' with a Family-Friendly Community Event

WILMINGTON - On February 25, 2025, Governor Matt Meyer is excited to announce the inaugural 302 Day community event to celebrate Delaware pride and connection while bringing families together for a day of fellowship and fun.

The event will feature a variety of opportunities to learn about valuable state resources and services from numerous state agencies. “302 Day” is a reference to the 302 area code which encompasses the entire State of Delaware, and is celebrated annually on March 2nd. Families and individuals can register here in advance or on the day of the event.

“302 Day is a chance to bring our community together, celebrate what makes Delaware special, and connect families with important resources,” said Governor Matt Meyer. “I encourage everyone to come out, enjoy some music and food, and spend time with neighbors and friends.”
