Governor Polis Appoints Daniel W. Warhola to the 18th Judicial District Court

DENVER - On July 11, 2024, Governor Polis appointed Daniel W. Warhola to the 18th Judicial District Court. This appointment fills a vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable Gary Kramer and is effective August 3, 2024.

Mr. Warhola is an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Colorado, a position he has held since 2022. His practice consists of criminal matters. Previously, he was a Senior Deputy District Attorney (2021-2022) and Deputy District Attorney (2014-2021) in the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office; and Deputy District Attorney in the 17th Judicial District Attorney’s Office (2013-2014). Mr. Warhola earned his B.S.B.A. from the University of Richmond in 2009 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013.
