Governor Polis Appoints Robert N. Gregory to the Summit County Court in the 5th Judicial District

DENVER - On August 9, 2024, the Governor appointed Robert N. Gregory to the Summit County Court in the 5th Judicial District. This vacancy was created by the Honorable Edward J. Casias not standing for retention, and the appointment is effective January 4, 2025. 

Mr. Gregory is a Partner at West Huntley Gregory, PC, a position he has held since 2018. His practice consists primarily of civil litigation. He is also a municipal court prosecutor for the towns of Breckenridge (2015-present), Silverthorne (2024-present), and Dillon (2024-present). Previously, he worked as an Associate Attorney at West Brown Huntley, PC (2014-2017); Solo Practitioner at the Law Office of Robert Gregory, PC (2013-2014); Deputy District Attorney in the 5th Judicial District (2011-2013); and Contract Attorney for Reilly Pozner, LLC (2010-2011). Mr. Gregory earned his B.S. from Indiana University in 2002 and his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School in 2010.
