DENVER — Today, Governor Jared Polis signed legislation into law.

“I’m proud to sign these pro-freedom laws to further uphold Colorado’s value of protecting access to reproductive health care. I deeply thank Colorado’s legislature for sending these bills to my desk and was proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with the bill sponsors today because here in Colorado, we value individual freedoms and we stand up to protect them,” said Governor Polis.

Governor Polis signed the following bills into law:

    SB23-188 Protections for Accessing Reproductive Health Care - Representatives Meg Froelich, Brianna Titone, Senators Julie Gonzales, Sonya Jaquez Lewis

   SB23-189 Increasing Access to Reproductive Health Care - Representatives Dafna Michaelson Jenet, Lorena Garcia, Senators Dominick Moreno, Lisa Cutter

    SB23-190 Deceptive Trade Practice Pregnancy-Related Service - Representatives Karen McCormick, Elisabeth Epps, Senators Faith Winter, Janice Marchman
