DENVER - On January 24, 2025, Governor Polis took action in response to the Marshall Fire, signing Executive Order D 2025 001 to extend support for ongoing projects to help the people and communities impacted by the fire. 

Due to the ongoing need for availability of funds already allocated to respond to and recover from the Marshall Fire in Boulder County, this Executive Order extends funding availability through January 2027.
