Chapter 88, House File 3631 makes technical changes to prior capital investment appropriations to ensure previously funded projects are completed efficiently.

Chapter 90, House File 2774 makes statutory changes necessary for the Department of Natural Resources to continue transitioning their licensing system to an electronic license system. It provides nation-leading protections for native rough fish, and makes a series of policy and technical updates for the Department of Natural Resources, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and Board of Water and Soil Resources.

Chapter 91, House File 3925 makes technical changes to transfer-on-death deeds, including clarifying statutory language and protecting beneficiaries from insurance-related risks.
