Located at 910 Boston Post Road, Suite 101, the 1,500-square-foot space is owned and operated by Cat Werner, a local foodie who is excited to run her own business.   

 
Graze Craze elevates the popular graze-style dining trend with its expertly trained Grazologists™ who curate handcrafted assortments of premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, all accompanied by house-made dips and jams. Each board is made to order and perfectly balanced with a blend of flavors, colors and textures for the ultimate grazing experience.  
 
“I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life, so it’s a full-circle moment for me to open my own charcuterie business,” said Werner. “This is my passion – I love that I get to help people in the community celebrate good times with loved ones.” 
 
The Graze Craze menu is designed to accommodate every lifestyle, dietary preference and palate. Popular choices include the Sweet & Grazey, offering desserts like chocolates and baked goods paired with sweet dips, and the Vegegrazian, a medley of fruits and vegetables for those embracing a plant-based lifestyle. 
 
The signature Gone Grazey Board is one of Werner’s favorites. It features a variety of cured meats, cheeses, colorful fruits and vegetables and a touch of something sweet. “Whatever I’m craving, the sweet and salty Gone Grazey has it,” Werner said. 
 
Clients can also choose specialty options, like the Game Day Board, designed with premium meats, cheeses, breads and spreads – ideal for watch parties and tailgating events – and the Brunch Board that complements morning meetings with breakfast meats, fruits, eggs, pastries and more.  
 
The charcuterie offerings at Graze Craze are available in different sizes, from Char-Cutie-Cups and Grab & Graze options for snacking to sharing-size boards with enough fresh food to feed a party. The food displays are ideal for family gatherings, large events and more, and they make for memorable corporate and personal gifts that always impress.
