From: Great River Eagle DaysCome and visit one of the best places to spot Bald Eagles in the winter - Quincy, Illinois. In addition to Eagle viewing at the River, there are two days of fun for the whole family at the 11th Annual Winter Gathering and Intertribal Powwow.
A weekend full of all things eagles! Rangers from the US Army Corps of Engineers will be on site at Lock and Dam 21 to help you spot Eagles feeding at the Mississippi River. There will also be 2 days of festivities inside at the Oakley Lindsay Center celebrating the 11th Annual Winter Gathering and Intertribal Powwow presented by the Standing Bear Council.
