From: Groton Public LibraryJunior Friends Toiletry Drive: June 12 – August 7
If your summer vacation includes a hotel stay, please save your unused hotel toiletries. The Junior Friends of the Groton Public Library are collecting unopened soap, toothpaste, shampoo, lotion, razors, shower caps, deodorant, and other travel-size products to donate to area homeless and women’s shelters. Bring your toiletries to the Junior Friends’ collection bin by August 7.
Library Helper Day
Tuesday, June 13, at 4 p.m.
During this busy hour, the Junior Friends will assist Groton Public Library staff in a variety of projects, including preparing craft and program materials, dusting and light cleaning, straightening shelves, and special event preparation. Limited to Junior Friends members; it’s free to join!
