Beginning in 2015, a vision of a coastal holiday winter festival came about from The City of Gulfport’s Department of Leisure Service along with Council President, Rusty Walker. Island View Casino & Resort’s owners loved the idea and provided sponsorship to make this vision a reality.  The show began as just light displays! Over the years, the show has expanded into Mississippi’s Largest Christmas Light Show with over 1.5 million lights throughout 40 acres in Jones Park. Today, visitors can ride carnival rides, hop on a train at the Train Station, or enjoy the “Dancing Trees” Show. Visitors can even stroll through Santa’s Village to see working elves, Santa’s Headquarters, and visit with Santa Claus! Each year the show grows and it brings new surprises!
